Commercial Assistant (m/f/d)

Our broad-based teams of experts accompany large energy supply companies and project developers worldwide on their way to their transformation.

In order to drive the further growth of our company in our future-oriented industry, we are looking for a Commercial assistance at the earliest possible date full-time (part-time also possible by appointment).

YOUR TASKS:

• Recording, checking and forwarding of incoming invoices incl. further processing in our company software as well as timely payment
• Support in the monthly billing processes for our customers incl. Ensuring timely invoicing
• Contact person for suppliers in case of queries and complaints regarding their invoices
• Recording, checking, processing and payment of travel expenses
• Execution of commercial and organizational activities (business correspondence, filing and document management)
• Support in the further development of digital work
• Proactive cooperation and support in the diverse tasks of the department, also in cooperation with other departments

WHAT SETS YOU APART:

• Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Well-founded, several years of professional experience in the commercial sector and/or (preparatory) accounting
• Fluency in German and English
• Professional knowledge of the essential Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Outlook, Teams and Excel) and very good knowledge of accounting
• Advantage: First experience in legal topics (tax law)
