YOUR TASKS

In order to drive our further growth, we are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) for our centrally located office in Hamburg. Your role will involve recruiting top talent for exciting projects in renewable energies.

Your range of tasks includes:

• Independent identification and approach of qualified specialists and managers from the offshore wind and power transmission sector (permanent employees and/or freelancers) 
• You are the focal point of the candidate journey: from the qualification and screening of application documents, to conducting interviews, to accompanying contract negotiations 
• Together with the account management, you qualify jobs & job descriptions to be processed 
• Establishment and expansion of a candidate network including creation of (candidate) shortlists for future projects

REQUIREMENTS & YOUR EXPERTISE

• A completed degree or commercial training (ideally with a strong HR or recruiting focus)
• Ideally, you have professional experience in recruiting and can use active sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, XING Talent Manager) effectively  
• Knowledge of recruiting-relevant KPIs, their application and evaluation 
• Fluent English and good German (B2), which you can use in communication with various stakeholders
