Approval Planner / Environmental Planner (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

We are looking for a Approval Planner / Environmental Planner (m/f/d) for several small infrastructure projects (including the East Coast Pipeline) for the Quickborn or Bad Segeberg sites. Partial work from home is possible.

Your range of tasks includes:

• Preparation and quality-assured submission of application documents for regional planning and planning approval procedures, including obtaining relevant expert opinions and studies
• Supporting the planning approval procedure under approval law, in particular coordination with authorities (including discussion meetings)
• Contact person for authorities
• You represent the company's interests vis-à-vis politicians and the transmission system operator for major projects (e.g. east coast line)

REQUIREMENTS & YOUR EXPERTISE

• You have preferably successfully completed a degree in environmental planning, spatial planning or similar
• Experience in the planning and approval of infrastructure projects is desirable
• Experience in stakeholder management, e.g. with planning approval authorities helpful
• Knowledge in the areas of Landscape conservation plan a spatial resistance analysis and FFH preliminary assessment
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
