YOUR TASKS

We are looking for a Client Rep HDD Drilling Landfall (m/f/d) to start in autumn this year and construct a grid connection in Dierhagen near Rostock.

The service is scheduled to be provided until March 31, 2026, with an option to extend. The work is to be carried out on the construction site. There will be day and night shifts.

Client reps are needed for both onshore and offshore work. The offshore client reps receive the drilling work from the onshore client reps on a pontoon.

Your range of tasks includes, among other things:

  • Representing the client on the construction site
  • First point of contact for the customer on site – Monitoring quality status, reporting, and documenting plan changes
  • Monitoring construction work in the areas of civil engineering, electrical engineering, and/or HDD as the client's representative
  • Responsibility for the timely construction and installation work of the contractors
  • Reading, reviewing, and commenting on documents from the contractors (including daily reports and photo documentation, defect reports, overview lists, etc.)
  • Participation in AS-Build documentation at the end of the project
  • Participation in daily and weekly meetings (construction site meetings, regular meetings, update meetings, etc.)
  • Ensuring that all parties involved comply with applicable HSE standards and guidelines

REQUIREMENTS & YOUR EXPERTISE

  • Current and complete GWO certificates
  • Knowledge of open and closed construction methods (HDD, microtunneling, infrastructure crossings, special structures)
  • Experience in planning, tendering, budgeting, and managing civil engineering projects
  • Practical experience in permit management, contract and interface management (including cable pulling work & sleeve installation)
  • Confident handling of HSE guidelines, construction supervision, and quality control
  • Strong communication skills and experience in working with authorities, contractors, and project teams
