Founded in 2017, we are a specialist project development consultancy and provider of engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) services focused on offshore wind, power transmission, storage and green hydrogen projects.

We are supporting major energy corporations like TSOs, project developers and utilities providing tailor made services and in-depth expertise. From the first stages of development such as technical due diligence and strategic advisory to final decommissioning, our KODIAK experts are accompanying our clients throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.

For a French partner company based in Paris, we are currently looking for an Offshore & Marine Operations Manager (m/f/d) to oversee the following area of activity in various projects regarding connections of offshore wind farms and interconnection cables.

You will be responsible for the followings tasks (among others):

  • Responsible for the safe preparation and execution of the operation in accordance with the project requirements and in line with best practice
  • Coordinate the project actors involved in the document review (operating modes, procedures, etc.) and the risk analysis process
  • Ensure that the control plan is adapted to the specificities of the project
  • Establish progress monitoring, liaise daily with the Client Representatives on board, manage operational contingencies
  • Carry out reporting and make available to the Lot/Contract Manager all the technical elements necessary for the management of variations/claims
  • Ensure that the deliverables are handed over on time, after a robust quality control
  • Be responsible for handover to the Lead Project Engineer and the LSM Batch Manager
  • Writing of engineering guides
  • Drafting/improvement of control sheets


  • Minimum a few years experience in offshore operations, preferably on survey type operations
  • Willingness to travel on an ad-hoc basis (frequent travel is not required)
  • Business fluency in English and French is mandatory
  • Holder of the Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET)
