Senior Scheduler – Offshore Infrastructure (m/w/d)

YOUR JOB

Are you ready for the first and unique Energy Island project in Germany? Then we are looking for you as Schedule Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible. To achieve a greener Europe, you will create the general project schedule, conduct performance deviation analysis and create critical path analysis.

You will work 2-3 office days per week within the Berlin office (40-60 % remote).

More in detail, your tasks are:

• Initial creation of project schedule in collaboration with core project team and PMO, considering dependencies and resource allocation.
• Regular updates on project schedule, monitoring actual progress, resource utilization, and dependencies at both project and package levels.
• Coordination and review of schedules from various suppliers within the project scope.
• Conducting regular schedule checks, organizing control discussions with project leaders, and proactive reporting on schedule status.
• Perform deviation analyses, identify potential delays, and propose control measures to ensure adherence to deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS & YOUR EXPERTISE

• 5+ years experience in investment project scheduling
• 3+ years in scheduling and schedule monitoring for offshore projects
• Knowledge of Primavera
• Fluent English
• Good German
• University degree with technical or commercial specialisation
