YOUR TASKS
For an offshore wind project, we are looking for a WTG Engineer (m/f/d). Your role will involve technical planning and implementation of offshore wind projects with a focus on supply contracts for offshore wind turbines.
Your range of tasks includes:
- Participation in the development, planning and implementation of offshore wind projects (national / international)
- Technical work package manager wind turbine from contract negotiations until execution of the wind turbine supply contract up to the handover to the operating party
- Scheduling, budget control and interdisciplinary coordination of the team
- Manage the schedule for the work package in accordance with the overall project schedule
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations (HSE) will be considered in all phases of the project
- Implementation of technical due diligence processes offshore wind
- Participation in the identification and management of technical risks (internal & external), issues and impacts of the project
- Preparation of technical documentation (specifications, processes, concepts)
- Ensuring compliance with approval and certification requirements (national / international)
- Assistance in ensuring the contractual conformity of technical documentation
- Accompanying the execution work (installations and commissioning offshore) and implementation of acceptances, if necessary.
- Participation in industry-specific working groups (e.g. WAB) and research projects
REQUIREMENTS & YOUR EXPERTISE
- Successfully completed university degree in electrical engineering, wind energy technology, industrial engineering or mechanical engineering
- Experience in a project management position in areas of infrastructure or energy projects, ideally experience with supply contracts for offshore wind turbines
- You possess a profound technical knowledge of large electrical/mechanical systems
- You are willing to travel and to work offshore (if required)
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
