YOUR TASKS

The object of the service is to provide support and advice on cable routing issues, as well as support during route development evaluation of potential route alternatives and during the construction preparation and construction phase.

This includes, but is not limited to, the following services:

• Introduction and implementation of cable routing standards
• Development of cable routing criteria
• Monitoring of cable route development procedures
• Participation in the evaluation of routes as well as alternatives
• Preparation/continuation of documents relevant for NABEG application process and to be submitted with the Federal Network Agency (BNetzA)
• Preparation and implementation of internal project workshops for training on the above-mentioned requirements in preparation for the development/construction teams
• Support of the project management in the processing of incidents and training of the resulting lessons learned

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• In-depth knowledge of the relevant regulations, laws and technical standards relating to routing,
• Technical understanding evaluating work method statements and procedure description for cable laying
• Good general IT skills, ideally experience with GIS
